The doctors here have been wonderful communicating and being flexible at tuning my care to what I prefer. The backup of medical providers who respond if you phone or message have also been very good with quick response. I did have an appointment cancelled with short notice once, but I had the option of going to 2 other offices, although further away, within a few days. And if I need an appointment quickly then I can get one with this office, or often there is on available at one of the other clinics. All doctor's offices are stressed these days, so I think 1MS is doing a great job in tough times.

Dr. Burnside and his team are amazing. This office went through a rough transition but is doing excellent now. My mom is now comfortable with her care. Thank you, Dr. Burnside and care team. You all rock!

So many of the Healthcare Professionals and Staff are phenomenal at One Senior Medical (IORA) in Renton, Washington. Dr. Lee Burnside, is the doctor at One Senior Medical in Renton now. I encourage you not to let him become your doctor, and here's why? Dr. Lee Burnside, and one of his team members, Andrew Wilkinson do not explain anything, (poor communication), makes unusual requests, and fails to listen to the patient and their needs. They tell the patient one thing and they do something else without patient acknowledgement. They are not to be trusted, they are poor communicators and are unprofessional. Hannah T.

Not happy with this office. My mother is in her late 90’s. Her doctor left after it changed from Iora to Medical One. She had an infection since January. They push her appointments off or refer to a mobile lab to help her out. We finally got into see the doctor and it has been almost a week to get results from her UA. They seem to be focused on profit over people these days. I was shocked to learn the Amazon owns this company. This is a shame as Iora was about the people.

Not happy lately. My Dr is leaving her practice here on Aug.1st and so far I haven't been assigned to a new Dr. I've called the clinic several times, and am told my Healthcare team would reach out to me, but they haven't. I have to see specialists at other clinics, and to continue to see them, they have to have referrals from my Primary care Dr, and I'm being left in limbo . I liked this clinic when I first joined, but now just feel like I'm not important enough for them to bother with me.
